Unlike a personal trainer who oversees your training; unlike a doctor or therapist who is bent on "fixing" you; and unlike the guru who invites you to join his cult....
...I am committed to simply sharing personal experiences and ideas on health, strength, fitness and life in hopes that you might gain a flash of insight which supports you on your journey. -- That's all.

Who is this event for?
If you are a serious traveler on the journey to becoming the strongest version of yourself... then you're invited. This DOES NOT mean that you are perfect in any way, it means you sense that you have the ability to be far, far "stronger" (in all areas of life) than you currently are... and you are committed to discovering this power.
We will be discussing ALL ideas related to growing stronger, not just lifting barbells and burning fat. Be ready to explore ideas in philosophy, psychology, physiology, sex, politics, religion as well as strength training. Nothing is off the table.
What should I bring to the event?
Although the event is being held at a gym, this is not just a training workshop. You might want to wear sneakers if you can't help yourself from picking up barbells when you see them (like me)... but there is no requirement to bring training gear.
Just bring your questions and an open mind.
